Improved sleep quality

Great product! I originally purchased this hoping to reduce the iron in my blood at 67, but to my surprise, it’s also excellent for my lifelong sleep issues! I’ve always struggled to fall asleep, but now I do so much faster. I take it at night, and rather than struggling to return to sleep after getting up to urinate, I no longer have a problem and am finally getting the sleep I require!
